Quite impossible to get a time and a day, if not last minute. Been asking for an appointment many times, without success if not last minute, keeping us available all day and confirming only 15 minutes prior. (everything documented by texts and chats) I understand everyone is busy and dealing with a difficult time, however not only AC technician works, he should understand that everyone is busy. Instead he was keep chasing to release the payment even if explained that it will be done once be at home (Saturday night). So proactive on contacting every hour to get the payment released, not much at the beginning to confirm the appointment. definitely not using them anymore.

I need a licensed electrician to replace my smoke alarm. The housing part snapped and I can no longer fit the smoke alarm back on. My intercom is working fine except that it doesn’t ring at all. I have troubleshoot it with the manual and building manager and was advised that the part inside might be faulty. Unfortunately strata scheme doesn’t cover intercom repair. Budget is for smoke alarm replacement and to fix my intercom. Obviously if it’s gonna cost more after the inspection of the intercom, it can be negotiated on the spot.

Integrated style dishwasher (model DD60ST17) drain hose got kinked or blocked or pump is not working correctly. Water will not drain out of dishwasher and will foam after cycle is started. Initial error code E2 with subsequent new error code not mentioned in manual (delicate + rinse+ eco indicator lighted up).
Harley was very experienced and quick at fixing my dishwasher. Would definitely go back to him if other appliances go wrong:)
