Need washing machine / appliance technician to repair LG washing machine. I have replaced the door lock mechanism which had failed with error code de1. (Replaced with a genuine part) and tested it - working with no more error code. When reinstalling the rubber seal around the door I am unable to correctly position it so the door won’t close all the way.
