The start button doesn’t work on the washing machine

I need my Haier fridge repaired. Model HRF450BS2. Freezer is working just fine, controller is working (I can change settings etc.) - but in fridge, it's room temperature and no airflow. I defrosted it - but it did not help. My guess, either fan is dead/stuck, or thermal sensor. Please quote work/call out fee and estimate for parts (depending on what will be replaced). Only new parts please.

Dishwasher door is falling freely when opened and no longer opens slowly. Door spring needs to be changed. Also when operating, dishwasher leaks from the bottom out onto the tiles. Need a quote for repairs.

Our treadmill has been experiencing an issue where it slows down and then stops completely after about 15 to 30 minutes of use. After restarting, it runs again but repeats the same cycle. I’d like to know if this issue can be repaired or if a part needs to be replaced. Also, could you provide an estimate of the repair cost? The treadmill is just over a year old and hasn’t been heavily used. We opened it to see and there doesn't seem to be any issue, the belt is tight and we've also applied lubricant. See photos below. Undermount sink that has come away from the bench top. All plumbing is still intact. Wasn’t mounted properly and they didn’t use mounting clips, so would need someone who could supply and install them.

I need someone reliable to come and take a look at various washing machines. We have houses we manage and every so often need someone to take a look and fix. Just put $5 and can sort out later This particular washing machine seems to be working but nothing on the screen seems to be showing. We couldn’t open the door to it and the clothes were locked inside. Obviously no error codes as the screen isn’t working .

I have an arcade unit that is about 14 years old. When I turn it on the screen sometimes stays black and doesn't go to the home screen with all the games. Not sure if it's a connection problem or whether it needs some new parts.

The dryer often makes these squeaky or constant drilling sound but doesn't move properly when turned on. The filter has also be regularly cleared.

Hi, dishwasher isn't working. It turns on, sounds like it's draining, and is stuck at that point. I've been advised it needs a new circulation motor & have the part, but the person declined to return so not entirely sure if that is the problem. Let me know if you have any questions.

Dishwasher turns on but is stuck. Seems to be trying to drain water when there's nothing inside. Tried resetting, checking pipes etc but can't find the issue. Any day/time is fine for repair as I WFH.
