hisense steam inverter washing machine stopped working - showing the code to say it’s a drainage issue.

I need someone to fix our Bosch dishwasher, it has an E24 error code (blocked pump or filter). Have tried a few basic checks like cleaning the filter. Not sure how to access the pump the blockage might be there. Would be awesome to get this resolved today if possible.
