I have a Yard Man ride on mower with a seized PTO clutch. I have a replacement part so I need someone to fit it. The old clutch is seized and stuck on the PTO shaft. I am unable to remove it. I need someone to come out and remove this part and replace it with the new one. Must have experience and own tools. Mower is currently on ramps in the garage.

My LG-LD1415T1 dishwasher has started making a loud and unusual sound when I turn it on, even though we’ve already cleaned all the filters. The noise persists during the wash cycle, and it’s much louder than usual. We’ve checked for any visible obstructions, but everything seems clear. The noise could be coming from the motor, spray arms, or possibly an issue with the pump or water inlet valve.

Esatto dishwasher less than 12 months old. Drain pump error E4. I have cleared all filters but can't access drain pump myself.

Fix washing machine as we moved in to new house

Bosch dishwasher (model SGS46M78AU/86) malfunctioning. Turns on and pulls in water fine, but doesn't drain and gets stuck in the cycle. Cleaned out filter, checked hose for kinks/clogs, all seems ok so wondering if the pump is broken/clogged. This is for a rental property so need to coordinate dates with different people before locking things in :) Thank you!

My air conditioner is giving a EI or E1 error and it shuts off. I have researched it and it seems that it may be a sensor issue. It still works when things are cooler but it shuts off when it gets hotter. The fan still works.
