My SAMSUNG washing machine won’t start when I press the button. Before this, it couldn’t drain the water and displayed the error code “OC.” I had to manually drain it to remove my clothes. After turning it off and on again, I can select a mode, but still can’t press the start button. I have changed the new pump inlet valve but did not work.
