Dishwasher making grinding sound when turned on, will not drain water

My dishwasher isn’t cleaning my dishes properly anymore, already tried to clean it out, used dishwasher cleaner and CLR. Assuming the issue is mechanical, way past my expertise. Price negotiable.

Rinnai Energy saver 308ftr. Heater says on display panel error code 11. Spark is working when the heater is turned on but heater not lighting. Heater begins to turn on and then error code 11 appears.

The fridge section isn't staying cool enough. There is a slight gap in the door seal (possibly replace seal) but don't know if there is something else going on with the fridge as the cooling has gotten worse over time. Freezer working with no issues.

ELECTROLUX double oven wont turn on/heat up. MODEL EDEE63AS The oven displays error code 08, have tried off the power for awhile which allows error to disappear, makes me set the clock and when I try to turn oven on after a few minutes it turns off again (without heating up) resulting in same error code 08. Dryer isn’t working. It will start and run normally for 5 minutes and then stop with a warning light indicating ‘full’ This alert is meant to mean the water collection tank is full but it’s empty and clean, the drain hose is connected and doesn’t seem damaged.
