Just happened last night . All the functions work well except the bottom to raise the back up doesn’t work suddenly.

Our landlords washing machine has stopped draining properly and we are desperate to fix it asap! It's an LG Intellowasher 7kg and the issue seems to be with the pump. The water is not draining out of the washing machine and it is not doing a spin cycle. There is still a pool of water in the bottom of the barrel after removing clothes. Can't see any hose kinks, have already cleared out filter. I can't pull the washing machine out on my own and it is damp underneath. My Brivis duct heating stopped working and a plumber said the fan motor was off so we have to fix it or replace it with a new motor. His quote for replacement is too high so I want to find a better deal to fix it or replace it from a local supplier and install it. My expecting final payment would be Task price + new fan motor if needed

Oven will not turn on due to clock constantly resetting itself to 12:00 and making a constant buzzing sound. This happens shortly after resetting the time - oven works for a while then clock resets to 12:00 and oven turns off.
