Leaking washing machine in flat. Need someone with more knowledge and experience to take a look and diagnose problem/fix

Ever since power went out recently, Bosch oven doesn’t show display unless I press a few buttons. Unsure if oven is working correctly either as haven’t tested out heating.

We have some black out shutters that is causing a jerking noise when opening and closing and in some places is stuttering which makes me believe it is a motor issue or the shutters have come off its track. Need someone to assess and rectify

My washing machine has been making a grinding sound during the spin stage of a cycle. It gets louder the higher the spin cycle settings. It could be a loose part, or require a part to be replaced (quote required) Our Samsung Fridge with 10 year warranty seems to be freezing and not regulating at the set temperature. Please help :)

Electric Fireplace repair. Button is no longer working

Please help to sort out my Smeg oven. We have moved into a new house and the oven looks in great condition but has a mind of its own. We have watched tutorials on how to use it but it doesnt seem to work. model - SFPA6390X2 Some examples of what is happening: We use the oven, turn it on, set the function and oven starts warming up. It get to full heat. Makes the noise that it is warm, all going perfect. Then for some reason, it starts to turn off. The only way we realise is the heat bar slowly starts decreasing. But the oven looks like its working from everything else. Light on. Function and temp still set, but its not working any more. So we turn the oven off and try to start it all again. We set the function, and when it get to start, it wont accept the start button. The start just keeps flashing and the oven wont actually start. We keep trying to turn on and off like this. Then after 10 goes it accepts the start and oven starts cooking again. For a short period of time. Like someone playing a trick on us. Then basic things like the light switch sometimes works, then sometimes doesnt. Currently the oven right now is on a very low heat and I dont know why or how to turn it off. Let me know if you need any more information. I think it needs some kind of factory reset but no idea how to do this. Thanks

Error E26 on dishwasher, think it has to do with drainage issues.

I've got a 3 year old Samsung 8.5kg BubbleWash Front Load washing machine. It was working fine but now giving me an error that there is an error with the drainage. I've checked and cleaned the filter and visually inspected the drain hose. They all look fine. I reset the machine and it will run normally for 5-10 min but then reverts to this error state. Not sure if there is something blocking the drain hose that I can't see (I don't have the skills to remove it entirely) or an error with the sensor or motor. Need someone to come tell me what's what.
