Fridge light is off and temperature problem

My mum has a Hitachi fridge, model info is in pictures. The fridge was in the garage used as a back up fridge but when a recent storm hit this caused flooding into the garage and as a result the fridge no longer works. Her insurance company has asked her to obtain a written quote from a licensed repairer stating what is wrong with the fridge , it it can be fixed and the cost to do so. Mum ideally doesn’t want the fridge to be repaired due to the water damage so ideally would like to see the outcome being that she is paid out through her contents insurance policy. Can you please advise if you are licences and what the cost is to get a written quote and when you are able to do this as we need this to be done asap please

I need someone to look into and fix my washing machine. Recently my washing machine has started leaking water from underneath every-time i start a wash cycle. I looked at all the pipes connecting to the water valve and the washing machine - there doesnt seem to be a burst however it is leaking from underneath, unsure if its a blockage or mechanical/part fault however the washer turns on and works fine (other than the water being drained from underneath) - i need someone to look into and potentially fix it.

I bought a giraffe lamp really cheap off of Facebook Marketplace cause the guy accidentally broke it but I still love it! I want to superglue it back together and because it’s big I’d just need someone help to hold it as I do it, so that’s the easy part. The part i don’t know how to do is fix the wiring inside so the lamp will work! The guy said it should be an easy job but 🤷🏼‍♀️
