There is a leakage in the apartment I’m renting out. The helpless residents couldn’t tell me exactly where the water is coming from. I’m pretty sure it’s either broken or loose hose but can not confirm yet. I’m waiting for them to check it out again. I’m asking to check on the washing machine to locate the issue and fix it if it’s is an easy fix. If issue is too big to be fixed there is a spare washing machine downstairs next to our storage unit. Worst case just replace the washing machine and get rid of the broken one and take another broken one with a system error. Please confirm if that’s all clear to you.

We have two Fisher & Paykel dryers in different apartment that need to be fixed. The first dryer is a DE4560M1 model. The connection on the dryer door and it doesn’t fit with the door latch, and hence no closed door then dryer won’t run. The second dryer is a DE5060MU2 model. The door can be closed but the cycle cannot start as it shows "DOOR" error. Also, the lint tray keep falling down once the dryer down is opened. Both apartment are just 1 minute away.
