Oven is faulty, top section works but bottom area is not operational.

Recently moved another dishwasher in. (Dishlex) I believe it is now displaying the flood fault code, have tried all basic troubleshooting. Unsure of its history. Have spoken with dishlex but i assume it'd be cheaper to find a local who knows what they're doing.

Need to replace the battery of burglar alarm system and reset for new codes as i don't know the old code. Replace batteries on 2 fire alarm system. Repair/Join Pool wire (which is cut) with proper insulation - Due date: Flexible

All washing cycles wash but wont spin the water out. Its a fisher n paykel front loader only 1 year old. Has had a ssrvice recently just had blocked drain lighter and hair clips and 1 sock . We believe its the filter but who knows - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 19 December 2023

The washing machine just needs the locking on the door mechanism fixed. If anyone that knows about fixing washing machines could come ASAP that would be great. It is definitely something to do with the locking system. It does lock but I think the compute is not recognising that it is locking.
