DE error on 10 year old samsung washing machine

I have a Beko 7.5ltre washing machine and dryer. The filter instructions don’t match what I see so I need assistance in opening, checking and clearing the filter as there seems to be an issue with drainage. In addition, the connection point for the pipe extension keeps popping off despite having had someone come and secure this already. Would like someone with experience with this issue and ideally this machine to help me resolve it and be able to clear the filter in the future.

The two-in-one dishwasher (upper and lower layers) is showing an error and needs repair. The lower dishwasher door cannot be opened, and it seems there is water inside. The upper door can be opened.

The light fridge is on and it sounds like it’s turned on but there is no coldness coming into the fridge. The freezer is slightly still working but things are beginning to defrost

The seal on the washer/dryer is broken so it’s just leaking everywhere / need a new seal. And also look at the dryer as when we used the dryer it didn’t dry the clothes and was steaming.
