As pictured, the hose used for draining water from the washing machine has retracted without the cap on. Require someone to be able to pull the drain hose back out so we can re- attach the cap to it. Otherwise, there are no issues and no other repair expectations
Anthony was such a great fella - introduced himself and got straight into the job and fixed within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was able to provide some other tips for use of the appliances. Highly recommend

I have a 2 door (side-by-side) Samsung SRS584DP Fridge/Freezer. 1. The fridge stopped cooling properly about a week ago. 2. The water dispenser is also not dispensing water. Wondering if its line is frozen? 3. Also the fridge seems to have one of its front wheels jammed, so it will not roll easily. I think this would need the fridge lifted and that wheel replaced. The freezer section seems to be working fine. Looking for all problems to be fixed. We've unpacked all food from both the fridge and freeze and taken out all shelves. I noticed a series of plastic white pipes lower down in the fridge section which have ice around them, but also some melted water at the base of the fridge. We've got the fridge temp to to 5 degrees, but overnight it only gets down as low as 11 degress. When the fridge door is opened the fridge temp rises and takes a long time to drop back, but never reaches the 5 degrees. - Due date: Before Friday, 25 November 2022
