My washing machine leaks every use from the grey connection to the tap and leaks heavily onto the power below and creates a puddle in the cabinet. I cannot reach to tell if it’s just a tightening issue or needs a new connection part or tape so I need that looked at to stop the overflow

Then install new mounting plate in the same spot with 2 or 3 screws.. And slide in new access points... What you need is a ladder... And a Drill...
