My washing machine leaks every use from the grey connection to the tap and leaks heavily onto the power below and creates a puddle in the cabinet. I cannot reach to tell if it’s just a tightening issue or needs a new connection part or tape so I need that looked at to stop the overflow

Can hear Dripping inside the back when cold water tap is on. No visible leakage outside.
