I had issues with my drum seal, Kogan sent me a new one and I have never been able to fit it correctly leading to minor leaks. I have now put part of the seal through the dryer! So it’s completely useless. The brand/type is in the photos. Can you please quote for new drum seal and fitting it please. I am trying to get a new drum seal from Kogan but I think it will take too long. Washing is mounting up!
