My Archer Gas Log Fire is only 2 years old. The back burner is not coming on and the remote doesn’t make a sound when you turn it on and off. The front burner is coming on but it takes more time to fire up. I have changed the batteries in the remote. I am working it manually. I can’t go any further so I need someone who knows what they are doing. One it works next day not the same
