Repair fan on smeg extractor fan unit. Unit has power and lights work fine. Buttons suggest power is supplied to the fan motor but the motor is not working.

Hello, We’ve just moved into a new place and our washing machine isn’t working. It has an IE error and we’ve tried adjusting the hose and tap but can’t seem to get it working. Is this something you could take a look at? If it’s an expensive fix, id be happy to to cover the consultation fee and then not proceed with the repair. But hoping it’s a quick fix! It’s an LG true steam. It was stored upside down the last few months so hoping that didnt ruin the electrics or something … eek
