Miele washing machine is flashing an F138 error. I have tried tipping it as per online tips for errors

Box containing new plinth ( washing machine stand with drawer) arrived and needs some final assembly points and installation under washing machine and drier stack

Supply and install a battery motor for internal roller blind.

The water supply hose connected to the rear of the washing machine seems to have developed a leak. The leak is occuring at that hose connection point only. Maybe the washer or gasket at the hose connection point needs to be replaced to stop the leak. I'd love if you could help me also to lift the dryer on top of the washing machine afterwards - it is currently sitting in the adjacent room until I fix the washing machine. Thanks!

The dryer keeps stopping showing a warning that the lint filter is blocked hover we have cleaned it deeply and it still come up every 10mins. The dryer is sitting on top of the washing machine and has a large extractor pipe leading into the ceiling space. We believe the pipe may be blocked with lint. We need two people to come and lift the dryer out and clear the pipe and fix the problem. Please quote only if you have had experience with this problem before and know how to fix.
