I already have a universal wall bracket from Bunnings. It should work fine with my Electrolux dryer. I just need it done so that the wall bracket won’t pull out of my wall when the dryer is mounted. It needs to be mounted in the top right corner of the photo attached.

I am looking for a handyman with versatile experience to manage maintenance issues at my rental property's. The issues range from plumbing to lights bulb fittings and other general fixes. Some of the property's are due for demolition, so the aim is to fix the issues with temporary fixes enough to be suitable until then. A recent request included; The kitchen tap has split and come out of its base. Light in hallway and a bedroom stopped working. Renters have replaced globes but appears socket is in poor condition. Lights not working. The switch in the ducted heater has snapped off. I would say due to age. The heating cannot be turned on. Please let me know your ability to fix such issues and rates applicable. New samsung dryer needing to be installed on top of an existing & connected samsung washer in the laundry using a stacking kit (skk-srw). Attaching the instruction manual for the stacking kit fyi. The only concern I have weight wise is the tree against the wall as it'll need to be secured to the wall.
