Washing machine repairs needed on LG inverter Direct Drive 7kg. When machine is turned on code ECL appears. During a cycle, the water is not draining out of the machine and stopping, a spin cycle can’t be completed. However when no items are in the machine it can complete a spin cycle and drain correctly. Must be available to come out Thursday 4-6pm, Friday 4-6pm or Saturday 2pm or later.

I require assistance from someone with a tall ladder (not a step ladder) to replace the fire alarm located on a high ceiling. Additionally, I would like to ensure the replacement fire alarm is accessible via a step ladder for easier maintenance in the future. I was unable to determine how to remove the casing to access the battery and am uncertain whether the current unit requires replacement.

Some of the property's are due for demolition, so the aim is to fix the issues with temporary fixes enough to be suitable until then. A recent request included; The kitchen tap has split and come out of its base. Light in hallway and a bedroom stopped working. Renters have replaced globes but appears socket is in poor condition. Lights not working. The switch in the ducted heater has snapped off. I would say due to age. The heating cannot be turned on. Please let me know your ability to fix such issues and rates applicable.
