Someone to assess if a wall is load bearing or not. I Need to replace an oven in a rental property. The oven isn’t standard size so it wasn’t possible to get one to match, so the new oven is approximately 50mm wider. The plan is to have the hole extended to suit the new oven but the concern is whether or not the wall is load bearing and if cutting the hole will cause issues with the structural integrity of the house. Any other ideas on how to get the new oven in are welcomed too, I’m clueless haha.
