General maintenance service of Evaporative cooler. Two storey house. Easy access via manhole, tiled hip roof. Last service 2 year ago. Unit mounted on roof lhs of picture. The system shares a common duct with gas heating (recently serviced). From what I understand a service consists of 1. Remove and wash pads. 2. Clean out tray of cooler to remove all dirt and mud. 3. Tighten Collett and replace if needed . 4. Check fan capacitor and replace if needed. 5. Check correct operation of pump. 6. Check correct operation of fan (tension fan belt if applicable). 7. Check correct water level and adjust if needed. 8. Check operation of dump valve. 9. Make sure drain is clear. 10. Operate and Test. 11. Check air flow at all vents

I'm getting an F30 error code on my free standing fisher and paykel dishwasher. I've drained the dishwasher by tilting it and replaced the broken drain hose but still getting the error.

Qualified plumbers only please. We have an old Rinnai gas heater which has been installed/inset into an open fire place. Has been unused for 20 years! Would like it removed to make way for either sealing space off or installing an electric panel style. The Rinnai is has but has a digital clock and fan so is likely connected to power and gas. Photo in ad isn’t our actual unit, just example. Can supply installed pic of ours if needed. Note: I’m unsure of cost so please provide appropriate offer for this type of work. Also please note the cost doesn’t need to involve disposal of unit as we will do that through our council garbage collection.

I need a plumber to drill hole in sink pipe for washing machine hose to drain correctly. The pipe the washing machine hose is connected to is too small and putting too much pressure on the machine when draining. Here the hose is connected to at the moment would need to be sealed off. Very straight forward job.
