To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Hi, this is a bosch Serie 4 front loader washing machine. The pump is blocked and we can't remove the fluff filter that only turns 90⁰. It will require the pump assembly to be accessed by removing the machine panels and disconnecting the pump from inside the machine. No parts needed- just disassemble machine to get to the pump inlet, remove foreign objects and reassemble.
