Small toilet base leak and check water draining connection for dish washer

Hi, My washing machine is showing a E12 error. We have tried all the troubleshooting provided by the place we purchased the washing machine, but have one last one to try (screenshot below).

A pretty small job to install a bathroom exhaust (plug in). Our pedestal fan has stopped spinning and makes a whirring sound. We would love to be able to repair this rather than buy a new fan. Just wondering if it is possible/worth fixing this.

Ignition button on stove top seems to be pressed down permantly. Keeps trying to ignite gas stove.

My clothes dryer fell off the bracket because the bracket is loose, and on the way down smashed into my laundry taps leaving a hole. I need someone to properly fix the bracket in place and make sure it's secure (not sure if a new bracket is needed, if so it would be great if you could provide it and I'll pay for it) and fill the hole in the wall. I then will need help lifting the dryer back onto the bracket (I have a step ladder if that helps). I just want someone who will do the job properly as it was an air tasker that initially installed the bracket and it's obviously not been installed properly. Please treat this job as though you'd be doing it for a family member and not as a quick fix. Thankyou.

I have installed a new walking machine but when I turn on the tap it now leaks. I can see it is leaking from the tap not the hose connection.

The rubber hose is too big for the sink connection and we can’t remove the bolt to attach the water connection. Happy to cover the cost of any parts. Thanks!

We are seeking a quote from a registered electrician to wire and install a 600mm Westinghouse electric oven and 6.5kW Westinghouse induction cooktop. There is good access under the weatherboard house from the new 3-phase meter box to the oven location. The distance is approximately 18m. The old gas oven & cooktop have been removed and all gas lines capped. Brunswick West.

Qualified electrician needed to install 5700watt electric cooktop- will need wiring to a plug. Socket supports 25a 250v wiring. Stove breaker in fuse box shuts off both stove and cooktop. Replacing previous electric cooktop. No idea what this might cost so excuse my estimate! (bench is cut to correct size already)
