Bosch in-built dishwasher is not draining properly and dishes are not cleaned properly even though the filter has been cleaned multiple times and a dishwasher cleaning solution has been put through an empty cycle. Sometimes the cycle just keeps running and never finishes. Internal “computer” been reset before but never solved the problem long term.
Ravi was very quick to complete the job and we’re very glad everything works again thanks to him! Would highly recommend.

Front loader washing machine not draining despite filter being clean. Think either issue with drain hose or drain pump. Update: washing machine appears to be draining again, but is hit or miss with the error code coming up every now and again. Please do let me know if you are available over the next couple of days to help in case services are still required.

The oven works fine. However, the push button keeps slipping out. The oven model number is HBA63B4.A
Hugh was exceptional, honest and easy to communicate with. He actually reduced his price as a part was not required for my Bosch oven. He also assured me that if he had to return I would not have to pay a penalty for it. You can't get better than that, as I'm sure no matter how nice someone is, you need them to be honest and have integrity.

My series 4 bosch washing machine doesn't complete the cycle/program and when hasn't drained all the water it re-start the cycle again and again! I have already tried hard and soft reset and it didn't fix the problem. Also, have checked the water pump and still didn't resolve the issue. Also, checked the siphone hose. Model Number (E Nr) WAN22120AU/04 FD Nr 9903 Problem Error: E18 / F18 / E00-18 - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 26 January 2024
Our washing machine was thoroughly checked and he fixed it. I do recommend him.
