Washing machine leaking

I'm looking for a handy person to help with a few things around the house: • My SMEG dishwasher is showing error code 05, indicating it's not filling with water. I've checked the hose for blockages or kinks, but I suspect the aquastop device in the hose may have been triggered. I can provide the manual and purchase a replacement hose if necessary. • My toilet has a flush system similar to the Grohe GD2 system and either takes an extremely long time to fill or is leaking. • I have a couple of small holes in the wall that need to be filled and painted. I also need a screw drilled into the wall, and the area around the screw will need to be repainted. Additionally, there are other areas on the same wall that could do with a touch-up in the same darker grey shade. I'm unsure about the exact paint color, as it's a specific darker grey. I haven't been able to find the exact shade. I'm looking for advice on whether I should take a piece of the wall to get a sample pot or if it would be best for the handy person to come and assess the color first. I am also happy to provide photos. I'm located in Camperdown. Ideally, I'd like for you to come and make an evaluation beforehand. I'd like the work completed on March 14th, as I need to have the house ready to hand back on the 20th. Price between $450 and $600, noting that the price suggested is exclusive of any necessary parts.

Our cold room motor is constantly dripping water from the overhead motor. Cooling also not that good, temperature goes higher upto 8 degrees when door is open. Need someone to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi, we have a very noisey ceiling fan. Could need some oiling with the bearings but we’re unsure why it’s making so much noise on every setting. If we can’t fix this we’ll need to replace it on or before Saturday. Would prefer some who has had experience in this area.

Task is for Diagnosis of issue only! I will pay extra for repair once diagnosed. Essatto top load washing machine is not starting after opening it during a cycle (during fill). All other buttons are working apart from the start button which presses down but doesn’t start the machine as it normally would, there is no error codes and electronics panel all works as it should. Suspicion is issue with sensor on lid or start button. My offer is for diagnosis only. I am not expecting it to be repaired or ‘fixed’ unless you diagnose it and tell me you can fix it. Buttons on breadmaker have stopped working.

I have just moved house. I need my series 8 Bosch washing machine and condenser type dryer reconnected to the plumbing under the sink. I also need the water reconnected and the water drain pipes from both machines connected to the nipple on the U bend drain pipe (see pics). I am unsure if I will need an additional connection to connect the plumbing, I am happy to purchase this if need be.

Looking after 5 x properties in a row. Need a professional to install drying machine mount racks into laundry cabinetry and then mount the machine at each house. Additionally, require the installation of TV mounting racks (studs available) at all 5 properties and mounting of 4 (one is not ready) TVs.

Smeg Dishwasher model DWAFI149 is leaking and pump keeps running. I've been told I need a new hose but there may be more. Dishwasher has a cupboard between it and plumbing so may be a bit fiddly

We have a 4 burner Omega gas cooktop. we have both a gas flow issue for one of the burners and 2 of them also have an igniter issue. The large burner on the bottom left wont stay on. I would like to know if it can be economically fixed or whether we should replace it.

Cabinetmaker or carpenter required to make a wooden base for the microwave so that it is balanced within the allocated space inside kitchen cabinet so the door opens freely and to attach aluminium frame. Currently the microwave door runs against the frame and doesn’t open.
