Fridge not cooling enough and freezer not freezing properly

My Centurion SDO10 motor has stopped working, and the technician has recommended a replacement. I have a budget of under $400, including installation, for a new motor. Please let me know your recommendations.

The Centurion garage door is currently not opening, which I believe may be an operational issue. It was functioning properly until it unexpectedly stopped, suggesting that something may have triggered this change. The remote is responsive, flashing with each press, but the motor is not activating. In the meantime, I have been using the manual override. Also I have tried to press the run button but not working I would appreciate assistance from a technician with expertise in Centurion products or garage door to restore functionality. I have a secondhand gas oven/stovetop that I need connected up to the gas line and old oven disconnected.

Stove Repairs - the middle burner of a gas stove does not light up when the knob is turned. It makes some ticking sound but no spark is coming out. Gas is still coming out and the burner can still turn on with the help of a lighter. I would like to have the igniter component fixed/replaced. Please note that I will need a written quote/invoice for the job.
