Find a reliable appliance technician in Cannington

The cooktop is a Westinghouse model WHG644SC. The oven is an Emilia gas oven, model EMF61MVI. Both are 60 cm wide appliances. I checked the holes in our kitchen and they're all good for the new items. I can disconnect and remove the cooktop to make the job easier. In order to install the new gas oven, the actual electric oven needs to be safely disconnected. Flexible with the date to do the job. It is not urgent. The Centurion garage door is currently not opening, which I believe may be an operational issue. It was functioning properly until it unexpectedly stopped, suggesting that something may have triggered this change. The remote is responsive, flashing with each press, but the motor is not activating. In the meantime, I have been using the manual override. Also I have tried to press the run button but not working I would appreciate assistance from a technician with expertise in Centurion products or garage door to restore functionality. I have a secondhand gas oven/stovetop that I need connected up to the gas line and old oven disconnected.

Stove Repairs - the middle burner of a gas stove does not light up when the knob is turned. It makes some ticking sound but no spark is coming out. Gas is still coming out and the burner can still turn on with the help of a lighter. I would like to have the igniter component fixed/replaced.
