I need a skilled handyman to help with two issues in my home: 1. Door lock problem: I have a brushed nickel deadbolt and lever handle set that's working intermittently. Looking for someone who can either replace the entire lock or just the cylinder/core, whichever is more cost-effective. 2. Exhaust fan repair: Ceiling-mounted exhaust fan has completely stopped working. Need someone to diagnose and fix the issue or replace the unit if necessary. When this oven is on the oven setting it doesn't produce heat. However the grill setting does. Possibly the element around the fan needs replacement. I do not have the element so please include providing a replacement in the price.

I bought a washing machine but only the hot water is running.

I recently changed the battery in my remote control that opens the automatic doors to the car park. Now the automatic gate does not open when I press the button. The button LED lights up and button two opens the automatic gate it is supposed to. It is just the automatic gate entering the carpark. The brand is BFT on the automatic gate. I don't have the key to open the gate mechanism to re link my remote as the strata manager is away until Thursday. Real estate still away until Thursday. Any help would be great.

LG front loader model wd13020d1. The door won’t open. I’ve manually drained the machine and it doesn’t appear to be an excess of water stuck issue. I’ve troubleshooted online and disconnected the power etc but still can’t override the lock

Fryer seems to be working fine, but while its heating up causing a buzzingg sound.

Fridge is not cooling even after unplugging it for a month now. Everything is clean so just need to recharge.

Supply and fit two way y connector and long inlet and outlet hose for new washing machine.

Hello, I'd need help with the following: 1. Install a Samsung tv 65" on a solid wall (wall bracket provided in tv box) and attach the frame around the tv (making sure the sensor isn't blocked) 2. Install a bike rack mount (see pic) on a plasterboard wall. Will require a wall anchor plasterboard fixing as the studs seem further apart than the rack's width. Bikes + rack would be less than 30kg altogether fyi 3. Install dryer's wall mount on bathroom tiles and making sure it doesn't break the tiles (see pic). I can help lift the dryer on so you don't need to bring in an extra person 4. Install IKEA curtain rod (the racka hugad double rod one) 5. Install IKEA picture stand (mosslanda one) - please have insurance - No onsite parking (on street loading zone or paid parking, see pic)
