Dishwasher door won’t lock when shut.. something wrong with the latch

Electrolux AEG Underbench dishwasher. A switch on the powerboard turned off upon running the dishwasher on a recent couple of days. Now the water doesn't fill up through the inlet. Install washing machine to the hot and cold tap as the screw to the tap ends are hard to be removed.

We have an Electrolux Ultimate Care 300 7kg dryer (EDV705H3WB) and we need it mounted on the wall so it not resting on the washing machine. We have the brackets that came with the machine but not screws. There are existing battens from shelving that we in place, so we suspect the studs are inconveniently placed. The instructions recommend a timber batten 90x35 using 4 coach screws (6mm x 70mm long)
