My Euromaid WM5 5kg washing machine has stopped working. The display screen is frozen with the play button flashing. The door is locked and it will not reset or spin/work at all. We tried to reset it and it flashed up with error code E08. We need someone with expertise to please come and fix it.

I need help to install a longer water inlet hose on the back of my washing machine - the one currently attached doesn’t reach the tap. I have a new, longer hose, it is just on top tighly for me to remove (even with multi grips)
