Hi! I need a certified electrician to disconnect my old 60cm electric oven and connect a new one. New oven will be same size (60cm) with same specs. Most likely Westinghouse or similar. I’ll be onsite the afternoon of 01/03/25 and 02/03/25 or can arrange a time the following week.

Gas compliance check for Rental property

We have a pot belly fireplace with chimney. Over the last few years though we have had 3 birds make there way in and get stuck in the chimney requiring us to open it up and release it into the house. We want a cover/cap that still allows the safe use of the fireplace and smoke to exit without allowing the birds in. Happy to purchase it if you tell us which type is best and just pay you to install, or to pay you extra to supply as well as install.

computer seems to be running hot and is very sluggish, a loud sound can be heard like a fan is scrapping of some king. Cannot see any loose fans or sound from fan however, I have a video with sound if required.

We have a 90cm Free standing oven The Left fan is faulty- it makes very loud noise after 3 minutes of heating. I can show a video upon request Right fan - heating element is not fully heated, only heats half of the ring. Not sure whether it is broken? Also, the oven automatically switches off while cooking

Oven elements aren't heating up kitchen tap has become loose and needs to be repaired

We are getting the kitchen removed and a new one put in, so need the current water connection and gas stove connection disconnected ready for the cabinet maker. Gas connection will be removed completely (getting induction instead). Sink and taps will be replaced in (almost)!the same spot once kitchen finished. We need done on Friday 4th afternoon/evening or early Saturday morning.
