Install new slide out rangehood and connect ducting. The existing rangehood has been removed already. Ducting kit that came with the new rangehood will be provided. This kitchen is in an apartment building. The ducting will need to be installed vertically into the ceiling space and then 90 degree bend to exit the external wall into the balcony area (approx 2m)

Remove and cap some existing gas wall piping.

We have already a previous handyman check on this and per his findings: On inspection found there to be a whining noise emitting from the bedroom air conditioning outlet vent. On further inspection found that the noise is coming from the air-con unit in the ceiling with whining noise travelling through the duct work. Tried on low speed and ramped up to high speed – whining noise frequency alters accordingly. Filters are still excessively dirty but not the cause of the noise. We need it repaired to get rid of the noise and clean the filters as well. Attached is the photo of the AC [centralized] and the remote on the wall.

I have a dishwasher that is tilted and not secured to cabinets, additionally the handle is very loose and needs to be repaired

There is a screw blocking the opening of the filter cap that needs to be removed.

The laundry machine is properly installed. I’ve check hoses, filters. They’re all clean and not blocked. Somehow is not draining, gives the error 5E. I figured that the drain hose does not drain when is vertical. When it’s pointing down, yes. And when the machine is drained, then doesn’t refill the water, and gives the error 4E.

Hisense washing (product code HWFM8012) is not taking out water and spinning properly at the end of the cycle. Suspect there is a clog in the hose/filter.

We’re looking for an experienced technician to fix our open deli fridge and an ice cream freezer in our new grocery store in Collingwood. The fridge was working well but has started fluctuating in temperature over the past two days. One moment it drops to 5°C, then suddenly rises to 9°C or 12°C. The freezer temperature not reaching -18 or -19. It’s mostly sitting -12/ -11. We need someone with expertise in commercial refrigeration who can diagnose and repair this issue as soon as possible.
