We are planning to purchase a gas cook top 90cms and needs to be installed. We would like to get the stone under the stove to be cut inside to be able to install a new one. The current inner cut measurement is 835mmx475mm. To be able to install new gas cooktop, the inner side of the stone to be cut to atleast 862mmx490mm measurement.

Need a plumber to install a smart bidet system in the toilet. I have a few bidets I am considering but have not ordered one yet. I would appreciate suggestions based on your experience. I am specifically looking for one with at least a heated seat and a remote-controlled water system. Do I also need to get electrical work done to have a plug next to the toilet first?
