The filter on my ASKO W6222 is blocked and when I tried to take the filter out to clean it the cap has snapped off, so I am not able to get the filter out. I can source a new filter if required. I need to know if there is a call out fee, and I need a quote for this work.

My LG Washing Machine WD-1438RD has stopped draining. It gets an OE error. I’ve checked the filter at the front & the hose at the back & am pretty confident there’s no issue with them.
