Need ceiling repainted and woodwork around bbq area

The kitchen has 60cm hood already installed. Problem is that it’s not venting out of the kitchen. So we require modifications to the cabinet and install new 90cm range hood. Also connect the exhaust through cabinet for venting out the smoke.

I need my refrigerator looked at, it was wrapped up in storage for a few years and I pulled it out couple days ago and turned it on fine. It is a Hisense fridge and freezer combo I’ve noticed it’s not cooling/ freezing things down as much even at the coldest setting for the freezer and fridge. Things in the freezer freezes but takes a long time to do so and the fridge only gets slightly chill and with some water dripping from the top vent inside the fridge.
