I have a Bosch Series 8 self cleaning condenser dryer that is no longer drying properly, possibly lint build up on condenser unit. Dryer may need to be disassembled to remove lint.

Looking for a licensed local plumber to come and fix my DUX hot water gas storage water system. There is currently no hot water and don't seems the water is heating up. Need a reliable plumber to come, check, fix it and give it a maintenance that include replace the pressure & temperature relief valve, replace the anode, clean and service the gas burner and pilot and flush the cylinder.
