We need to put a power point to the right of the cooktop (where the blue circle is) - this may require wire running under a conduit? Also, a couple of small holes need to be put in on the side of the cupboard, so washing machine can stay where the red circle is (as per picture) & can connect to the drainage nipple under the sink.

I have a combined laundry and bathroom in my granny flat, There is a laundry sink unit installed next to the washing machine as can be seen in the photos I need the remove Laundry sink unit removed. And a new wooden table over the washing machine installed with a cabinet under. Where the sink used to be. I want to use this place as an iron stand I also want a wooden board installed to seperate the toilet and the washing machine so it separates the toilet and the laundry area. The width of this table needs to be 1.2m with the washing machine taking up 0.65m and a small cabinet which is 0.55m . Note the cabinet needs a whole for washing machine drainage pipe.
