Our garage door motor has stopped functioning for a while. The motor does not pull the door up and down, but it still makes a sound when running. We do not have a remote for the motor as well. We would like for someone to either fix the existing one, or replace it with a new one that would work on our existing door.

We have a Bosch dishwasher in perfect working order. However, the hose from the dishwasher to the main pipe under the kitchen sink is old and leaks, I assume it has a crack in it, it is leaking into the cabinet when the dishwasher runs. I need a plumber to fit a new hose and ensure no leaks.

Note regulations with new range hoods now have to be ducted to open air; Quote to include ducting from range hood and roof cowl to be installed on top of the roof.
