Brand new washing machine, believe the transport bolts have been left in as machine is moving during cycle. Currently interstate so cannot get to the property.

Our washer / dryer no longer dries out clothes. We believe it needs a service. Unit is 18 months old and used only by a 2 person household.

Remove old rangehood and replace with the new one. We have the exact same model. Also need to replace a GPO. We do not have replacement so you will need to supply a double GPO.

Put spring coil back onto door seal on washing machine

- TV bracket has been half drilled into the wall (it needs someone with a stronger drill to get the screws all the way into my wall) - my washing machine is giving the error that my drain isn’t draining properly. Have watched a video online of how to fix but it means draining all the water out which I was hoping I could get someone to do for me.

Put gold chain through a front loader wash cycle. It’s stuck behind the drum. I tried to pull it out and chain snapped in half, the rest is stuck and I cannot remove. Would like to remove chain.

This property is an airbnb. This is out of scope for my cleaner. I need a handyman to look at 2 issues for me: 1. to look at a washing machine that is leaking water. The washing machine is only a year old. I suspect the problem is the hose either at the machine attachment side or it has worked loose from the drain pipe. 2. Stick vacuum is not charging. Plug battery into charging unit and check if it charges oor it truly is a battery issue

I need a dryer to sit above the washing machine in a very sturdy frame & structure. Also need both machines to be connected.

The outlet for the dishwasher short circuits the home. The outlet is under the sink. When I plug the dishwasher into another outlet, it works properly. I need the circuit checked/replaced please. I have tried the toaster (another 3 pin appliance) and it did not short circuit the house. I’m also hoping to replace the 2 globes in my range hood.
