Smeg dishwasher recently stopped working - it doesn't seem to even switch on and before this it had been a little off for a few months, each cycle didn't seem to do a great job. Wondering if you could please provide a quote to take a further look into the issue to see if it can be repaired? To be completed preferably before late December on a Thursday or Friday. Note: a few years ago it got repaired - has been installed since approx. 2010.

My kogan 5kg vented dryer belt keeps coming off. It seems to be something to do with the alignment of the belt (?). Not entirely sure but it would be great if someone could come over and help me fix it.

My washing machine (kogan 7.5kg front load is shaking aggressively) i reported to customer service and their response is: I'm sorry to hear that your washing machine shakes aggressively during use. Allow me to assist. Could you please check that the transit bolts have been removed from the back of the machine? There are four points on the rear panel of the machine where the drum has been bolted into place to secure it during transit. If these transit bolts are not removed, the unit may shake excessively or vibrate heavily during use, which can cause damage to the unit or its surroundings. Please make sure to remove these bolts and plug the holes with the provided transit caps. Kindly also ensure that the base protection device has been removed, if applicable to this unit. We’ve just moved into a new apartment and the movers weren’t able to connect the washing machine pipes to the taps. We think we might need a new pipe as it is metal and they aren’t the originals so might not be a standard fit into the water outlet. The appliance has been removed from it's packaging and sits split in half in the dining room. I need it moved to the laundry (no steps or split levels to navigate) and put back together & hooked up to the water supply.
