Newly installed AC unit needs to be plumbed in under sink. We also have a dryer that we’d like plumbed in there as well.

I am located in Flemington I would like to have it fixed today if possible My budget is $100 It has worked well since i bought it new 3 and a half years ago Last week something came off from the side of the lid (a piece of plastic), which afterwards caused it to come up with the faulty code ‘E3’ once i googled it, i found out it means that the lid isn’t closed properly. Maybe the piece needs to be put on properly although i tried myself but couldn’t do it. Or maybe it needs something else, i’m not sure.

I need a qualified plumber to install my washing machine. I did it at my last apartment but just moved and in this one the taps are tricky to access and it's hard to screw them on (and my spanner is too small). The washing machine is going into a spot designed for a washing machine, so all of the necessary attachments are there. It will be an easy job for someone proficient.

New washing machine not draining. I have connected per the images but it is not working.

I have moved into a new house with an outdoor BBQ that has mains gas connected. The gas line has a valve that has had the handle removed as it has been installed too close to a downpipe. I am unsure if the gas is actually connected as I need pliers to open the valve and don't want to have it "stuck" open. I need a plumber / gas fitter to: - come and inspect the gas line and confirm if gas is running through that pipe. If gas is not connected properly, I need it to be connected. - rearrange the gas pipe or the downpipe so a new gas valve can be installed in the gas line with room for the handle. My other gas appliances are working fine. So gas is definitely connected and running to the property.

High pitched noise when filling with water, and rattling sound at beginning of cycle. Sounds like pump needs to be cleaned. Machine is 5 years old - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 16 November 2023
