Help transport a washing machine I’ve bought on marketplace from Forest Lake to New Farm and help install. There is a lift at New Farm and no stairs at Forest Lake.

Large leak coming from a rear hose, possibly from T-junction on a metal hose pipe. I fill up the radiator, it pours out from this spot.

My washing machine has stopped working, I think there’s no water going into the machine. It’s just making a funny noise when I press start.

Aircon is working but since yesterday started dripping water. Dishwasher is "half working": rinsing works fine, the other programs terminate half finished with water unflushed. See the photos attached.
