NBN box battery needs replacing as it beeps every 15 minutes or so.

Several years ago I had an electrician install a safety switch on my kitchen. Unfortunately when they installed the safety switch, the oven (which was working until that point) stopped being able to turn on. When the circuit safety switch is off, it can turn on. I need someone to come out and give me a quote and tell me if it’s a wiring issue or if I need a new oven.

Our dishwasher won’t drain and is continuously humming

Need to change water filter on Miele dishwasher. Should be pretty straight forward but the washer is fixed really tight to the tap and I don’t have proper tools to get it loose. Just need someone with the right tools to clean filter and put it back on. Should be simple - just very fiddle coz of tight space in cupboard where the tap is located (not much clearance to get a wrench in) and being on so tight!! - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 25 September 2023

Stove exhaust fan has stopped working, which isn’t ideal as there are no windows close to the kitchen. Home built roughly 18 years ago, but definitely didn’t go with a top of the line exhaust fan. There’s a built in Miele microwave in the flat, and it currently does not heat any food. Eg If you put food in for 2 mins it will switch on and turn, but will not apply any heat. This happens on all settings. - Due date: Flexible
