Breville Barista touch is struggling to pump water through Group Head when the portafilter is on and full of coffee grind. Machine tries to pump water and then stops. Could possibly be a air bubble somewhere or something else?

We have a roborock robot vacuum cleaner which MAY need the capacitor to be replaced. It is a Series 5 model which constantly has an "Error 13" message. My Samsung fridge is showing that it is 3 degrees on the front but the temperature inside the fridge is only getting to 10 degrees. Bottom freezer is working fine. I have made sure vents are free of dust but this has not got rid of the problem.
