We require our ducted heating system taking a look at please. This morning, after the heating had been on for 10 or so minutes it shut down and a horrible burning smell came in the house. The remote was showing low battery and now it is without power completely. We cannot change the batteries however as it is powered by a cable which presumably runs under the house. Please help.
Identified the problem very efficiently, good communicator. Would recommend.
