I have two wired UniFi cameras that I want installed. One of them is a doorbell camera (G4 doorbell) which will simply replace the existing doorbell camera already wired via ethernet. The 2nd camera (Unify G5 dome) is to be installed above the garage door overlooking the front of the property.

I have a gas instant hot water unit already installed on an external wall. I require a licensed gas plumber to run gas to this unit. I anticipate it will require approx 7m of gas line to tap into the nearest existing gas line (yellow) which feeds the lounge space heater.

If the dishwasher requires more than the sensor to be cleaned/have the drain cleared, I will also order a replacement, if you could provide the dimensions of the current dishwasher. Budget will be increased if either/both appliances can be repaired. Mum is elderly so won't be able to assist.

An LG washer and dryer, with stacker, to be installed. I’ve unpacked the washer but stacker needs to be put together and dryer needs to be unpacked. I’ve got an issue with drainage pipe connection so it’d be great if you happened to be a plumber.
