Washing machine switches and cycle starts and chamber fills with water....after 5 minutes cycle freezes and lights start to flash

I bought a Westinghouse 60cm Slideout Rangehood WRR604SB to replace current one - omega brand. Situation 1: It has 2 power connection. One is plugged in on top and the other I think is to the main building as I live on a 12 level apartment. Situation 2: I think the exhaust of new one is in the middle. Automated remote-controlled garage roller door sometimes ‘changes its mind’ when closing - gets to 80% closed then abruptly starts opening itself again until fully open, and stays open. Doesn’t happen every time, but does happen regularly - at least once a day. Motor is a Sprint 1200SD; remote is ZT-07. I’ve tried checking for external obstructions (plants, leaves…) but the issue persists. Rang company that installed it for the previous owner, but they’re on holiday until 20 January.
