We went on holidays for 3 weeks and the water heater is not working

My 8 KG Simpson front loader model SWF14843 tripped switch last night and shorted out power mid cycle. Restored power and unit powers up but will not spin? Door still locked. Not sure what has happened. Need this assessed and help to unlock door and drain water. Live in apartment with European laundry space. Hawthorn location.

My building wants to charge a fortune for me to use their contracted garage door people who have put some sort of code on the door but surely you can get around it if I supply a brand new remote to you

Automated remote-controlled garage roller door sometimes ‘changes its mind’ when closing - gets to 80% closed then abruptly starts opening itself again until fully open, and stays open. Doesn’t happen every time, but does happen regularly - at least once a day. Motor is a Sprint 1200SD; remote is ZT-07. I’ve tried checking for external obstructions (plants, leaves…) but the issue persists. Rang company that installed it for the previous owner, but they’re on holiday until 20 January.

However, the quote to fix it was more than I was expecting. I know plumbers are expensive, however, I feel this job can be done at a more affordable price. I need his service asap please. Thank you.

Our Haier washing machine isn’t draining water (just moved into new house) We suspect a pipe may be blocked or something really obvious. We just don’t have the time to figure it out! Thanks in advance

Have purchased a portable ac unit for bedroom but I need a hole cut in the bottom of my balcony door for the hot air exhaust vent to connect to. Door appears to be solid timber. rectangular hole will need to be approx. 10-15cm wide by 5cm tall. Replacing the gasket (door seal) on a Samsung front loader washing machine. We have the new gasket and removed the old one - I just can’t seem to get the new one on the machine.

The new washing machine drainage hose will not fit the drainage spigot pipe. I need an experienced plumber to check and replace the spigot pipe for the washing machine drainage. **tasker must provide the spigot since I’m not sure what size to replace.
