I have a wall mounted cabinet right above my washing machine. I want to shorten the cabinet so that I can put a dryer on top of my washing machine.

I have merlin professional quiet drive 850 model for the garage door which is opening fine but its not closing when the button is pressed from the remote. If I keep the button pressed the shutter would come down. It's steel shutter and a double garage door.

I want to disconnect the gas supply to the stove/oven for disposal. The gas copper pipe (right side of stove 60cm above floor, see attached img) must be cut and safely end capped as close to the wall surface as possible, ideally not protruding from wall by more 3cm, as I would like to install a kitchen cabinet 120cm wide, 80cm high in this space. I require a certificate of the gas disconnection. NB. Gas supply still needed to run the hot water system.

I need to remove a vacuum and an air dryer and a chair from my apt in third floor. You can have them if you want to the chair is broken but the vacuum works fine air dryer doesn’t rotate.

Bosch Washing Machine Serie 4 model. Open door symbol is on even though door is shut. I have turned it off completely and removed power supply but the symbol stays on. Water isn’t going in to machine as well. Water supply from tap has been checked. Cycle runs till completion without water.

The return air hose is too short and not properly sealed, causing the gas heater to draw in insulation pieces and dust. The hose needs to be extended and sealed.

I am seeking an experienced rangehood installer/roof plumber to: - Install like for like slide out rangehood - Cut holes in cabinet and ceiling for ducting - Install under roof eave vent - Install ducting from rangehood through roof cavity to eave vent Current rangehood is omega ort6wxa which will be replaced with bellini CRHR6W02-F which has same dimensions. New rangehood will be supplied. Existing rangehood is secured under cabinet and is set up as recirculation. Will require circular holes cut in cabinet and ceiling for ducting. Ducting can be supplied (Pacific Air 125-150mm Flexible Wall OR Eave Rangehood Ducting Kit - bunnings). Would like under eave vent installed and connected as in the supplied ducting kit. Existing rangehood has electrical connection already. Single story building, rangehood against external brick wall so close to roof eave.

Have a 5 burner blanco gas stove. The central burner and the burners on the left are igniting. The burners on the right are not clicking/igniting so have been using a lighter. What is the issue and the fix?
