I need advice about, and placement of, security security cameras for the outside of my house. I also need a lock for my electric power box.

Smeg partially integrated dishwasher makes an odd noise when starting (like a grinding noise). Water comes in but cannot pump out. Eventually, it stops and flashes an error code (not shown in photo). After looking up the code, it refers to pump malfunction. Tried cleaning out the filter but still no go. There is also a small white part that was found inside that looks like it may be broken, it fits in place but does not clip in or anything. Probably related. Probably needs replacing also...

I need the laundry and the washing machine waste and cold and hot water connected. There will be a need to cut a hole on the side for the washing machine electric cord to be connected. Waste water needs to be connected from inside or fixed from outside but sink doesn’t have a hole for that.

Dryer turns on fine and fan/pump/light all ok, drum won't turn though . Drum wont spin freely when open but does rotate if pushed so petty sure its not the belt. Qualified technicians only please.

I don’t really want something electric that he needs to turn on and off and is noisy. So we thought of a vent plus a whirly bird on the roof as it’s a low ceiling.
